"Incredible prices and amazingly good customer support. I received one item that was defective and, within seconds of notifying TekGems, a shipping notice for a replacement item showed up in my mail box. A few minutes later, a "personal" email arrived apologizing for the defective item.
Generally, quality of items I've ordered from TekGems has been good. And, yes, the prices are for real!"

"The price is much cheaper than NewEgg who is now scalping these same cards. Got this as a result of reading that it worked well with the ms28 xbox 360 softmod. Good cheap PCI SATA card with the VIA chipset. I was able to flash my sammy without any problems although I was surprised there was no setup/installation booklet included.The driver CD is a mini and may not fit in all drives.Ordered the VIA VT6421A IDE & Serial ATA RAID PCI Controller Card, works like champ! I received my package exactly 9 days from ordering, paid for the cheapest shipping and was an international order. Cheapest price I could find this card on the net too. I received my package exactly 9 days from ordering, paid for the cheapest shipping and was an international order. Cheapest price I could find this card on the net too. Will definitely deal with again, as far as I'm concerned there is no need to shop around to save a few pennies, this is bar none my best online shopping experience. Now if they'd only sell Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden dvd media!"
