"Overall, I love the service. My sales rep is very helpful. I have already made two orders recently. Love the price, love the shipping time, love the product. My experience is that I got problem when I setup the account, the system didn't let me to fill in the mailing address, so I cannot order online. Hope the system is fixed already. Anyway, my sales rep helped me to get that done. And next, I didn't have trouble to order online again for my second order.
