Scope is great
"Tequipment was great to buy from, very responsive on their online chat and email, answered all my questions and didn't have to wait to chat with a knowledgeable English speaking rep. Wound up buying the Rigol 1054 and unlocking the extra bandwidth, and it's an awesome scope for the price, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Shipped fast too. Definitely planning on buying more test equipment from here next time I need something.
This particular reviews site though, reseller ratings, is completely onerous to use and the text input is apparently so lackluster and obsolete it doesn't recognize apostrophes and instead translates them into some unreadable ISO format. I apparently can't even log in or create a new account, and the only reason I'm putting in the effort to mess around with this now is to voice my displeasure with reseller ratings. Never ever going to use this site again, it's a huge pain in the as*. I wouldn't trust anything you read on here, as other reviewers clearly would have to have an incentive to post here. Nobody would do it out of the genuine goodness of their heart, it's too frustrating to use."

Tequipment did it well until it comes to shipping
"Tequipment has a nice web presence, finding detailed information on the instrument is easy and complete. Ordering is just as easy and they communicate back promptly. The issue is how they ship.
On all my orders they used Federal Express which is fine except they instruct FedEx (at least this is what FedEx tells me) to not allow the package to be held at a FedEx facility for pick up or to be delivered to another FedEx facility. If you are not home it makes it very difficult to get the package. Some FedEx drivers use my front door, others my back door (regardless of the information you write in your FedEx delivery manage account) and when they leave a deliver notice that needs to be sign for delivery the next day, it is a duck shoot as to which door they will check."

"My Rigol DS1054Z arrived exactly as promised... on-time and in the original factory sealed box. I read several reviews and blog posts saying the scope arrived double boxed. Mine was not double boxed however I don't see the need for it. The single box packaging I received was heavy duty and more than sufficient."

Tequipment.net: making buying test equipment great again
"I already knew I wanted a scope but I wasn't sure where to buy it. Rather than deal with the possibility of not having warranty claims honored, I tried Tequipment.net, which was recommended by eevblog. I ordered the Rigol DS-1054Z with free shipping and it was shipped it in less than a day and I received it the day after it was shipped, in perfect condition. The scope has been working wonderfully and I have zero complaints about Tequipment.net's service or shipping time. The next time I need something they sell I will be using them again."
