Not happy I sent in a regular used textbook with nothing wrong and refused to pay me and on top of that I had to send 7$ if I wanted it back
"Not happy I sent a regular used textbook and was expecting $53 and was told I wouldn’t receive anything and I needed to send seven dollars and if I wanted to get a good book back. Never going to use textbook rush again"

Very reliable book buyer, have used many times
"TextbookRush.com is one of the two most consistent, fair and reliable companies I've sent books to. I've been using them for over a year and they always pay promptly. The one time they rejected an expensive textbook they sent it back to me at no charge, and when I examined it I saw the damage I'd initially missed and understood the rejection perfectly. Misleading
"If i could give zero stars i would. Book was very secure/binding intact when i sent it in. They then showed pages removed and claimed that was the condition it arrived. We are experienced at selling used books and know ahead of time to not send things in that are in disrepair."

"I put in the ISBN number of the textbook I had and they quoted me for a buy back and told me to send them the book. I sent them the book but then they sent it back to me and told me that it was not a version that was worth anything to them. I am confused because they quoted me to for the exact ISBN number that I typed in. Overall, just not a great experience."
