"I recently moved. The mover lost my Museum of Modern Art toilet brush. Although this item is part of MOMA's permanent collection the museum gift shop no longer sells it. I was so happy to find it on your website and in a color which matches my new shower curtain."

Very nice Tub Spout!!
"Very high quality product, easy to install. Looked for quite a while online for this specific spout. Local plumbing supply and big box, ie Lowes, didn't have any high quality spouts. Will keep The Bath Outlet on my contacts for future purchases!!!!"

Outstanding customer service !!
"We recently purchased all of our bathrooms fixtures from the website. After our contractor installed all of them, we started using the new bathroom.. Our matte black hose started losing its black finish. I emailed customer service the issue, along with a picture , they emailed back the next morning.(very surprised ). That same day they sent me a confirmation a new part was being sent out and 4 days later it was in my hand ..
I was very skeptical to spend the money I did on fixtures (online) but I was completely surprised they reacted this quick.
I will purchase again for sure !!!."

"My wife and I live in Northern Minnesota within sight of Lake Superior. Our mail delivery is left to a contracted mail delivery person. We are the last stop on her route. The current handling of the US Mail nationally has slowed delivery and some days when there are supposed to be deliverys there are no deliveries at all, thanks to the decrease in personnel. The very helpful gentleman from BathOutlet checked our location--which is rarely done by other merchants--and said our delivery might be delayed a day or two because of our location. We received a confirmation that our order was mailed shortly after our telephone purchase ended---also a quickness never before experienced. And the delivery was made right on schedule. You can be assured that Bathoutlet will be first if any future bathroom accessories are needed."

Excellent, fast customer service
"I ordered a shower system and it arrived the very next day! That's even faster than Amazon! Then I decided to change things up and return it for a different model (totally my fault) and the return was a breeze. I placed the order for the different shower system a couple hours ago and it has already shipped, arriving tomorrow. I haven't actually installed anything yet, but so far so good"

"This was a time-sensitive install. It was shipped without all the necessary parts. Now I have to wait until MID-AUGUST for one lousy piece. They should NEVER ship without all parts or AT LEAST tell you that some parts are missing so you can order somewhere else."
