Did not get what I wanted TAKING THIS BACK
"The tickets I bought did no clearly say "Go Mobile". Consequently, I received mobile tickets. I will reverse the charge on my credit card. This is misleading and TicketNetwork should know better than to allow this to happen.
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE WAY THAT BOTH TICKET SELLER AND TICKETNETWORK RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. ABSOLUTELY STERLING CUSOTMER SERVICE. I AM MOST APPRECIATIVE."

Long Delay in Receiving Tickets
"I purchased the tickets to a Harry Styles concert in May and am told I will not receive the tickets until 2 days before the concert. I do not know the specific seat numbers. There were also significant fees."
