"I guess I'm just stupid but I thought I was buying tickets through the Peace Center bc that's what I had googled. My tickets cost $287. When I printed out my tickets I saw that these 2 tickets were $45 tickets. Now I just hope they are real tickets and will be honored when I get to the Peace Center. I thought Ticketnetwork.com was reputable."

Brit Floyd Concert
"Concert was un believable. Being that far above sea level the walk about killed us but the concert made the walk worth while. Obtaining tickets was easy. The communication and follow up from Ticketnetwork was great. Very pleasant from beginning to end. Will definitely use Ticketnetwork again. Redrocks Ampitheature was beautiful. This was the highlight of out vacation. Thanks for making this a wonderful experience."

"The tickets were for Tanglewood, and there were several categories in the same price range. From what was on the screen, I had no idea if there was any difference between them, and this made me a little nervous. And if there is no difference between them, why are they in several categories? I wondered.
The handling charge ($12.74 per ticket) is way too high. If you had that fee on a single ticket, I would not be so troubled by it. I would figure that you need to charge that much in order to allow yourself a little something on top of the single ticket. But on four tickets, it really ticked me off."

STAY AWAY
"I "purchased" tickets on 6/5 for the Stanley Cup game 6 in Nashville. They were about $1150 each plus $325 each in service fees. I purchased these while game 4 was still going on. After game 4 when Nashville won, the prices for comparable tickets jumped to $1400+ each. I googled TicketNetwork to read reviews and make sure the tickets I bought were actually legit. Well needless to say there was horror story after horror story of people getting screwed. I received an order confirmation and order status link and it stated that the order was processing and that the tickets would be delivered on or by 6/11 (the day of the game). After reading the horror stories of people showing up only to find out their tickets had been cancelled with no notification, I decided to give TicketNetwork a call.
Well guess what. My ticket order that I "purchased" was cancelled because somehow the tickets were no longer available. hmm. I didn't receive a cancellation email or anything notifying me of this change. Here's the best part, the phone rep said "THEY DON'T SEND CANCELLATION EMAILS". They just refund your card. NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! I recorded the call just in case some bs were to happen when I arrived in Nashville. Luckily, I called in and found out this CRITICAL INFORMATION that was not made aware to me unless I called in. What kind of crap is that??? So glad that Southwest allows refunds on their flights or I'd be out $1,000+.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Oh, and the CEO was arrested for a hate crime in 2012. Google it.

"Decided to attend the Roger Waters show in Denver. Ordered the tickets 2 weeks before the performance. Opted for the Fed Ex Delivery option. The tickets were delivered to my home within 2 days of the order.

Quick service but pricey
"Booked two tickets, received a call 20 minutes later that only one of the two tickets worked. Therefore a second ticket was purchased at a much higher price and caused me to sit by myself and my other friend in the ticket that was purchased. Not happy"
