Tickets weren't delivered, missed show
"All communications from Ticketnetwork said that our tickets for One Classy Night in Seattle would be waiting for us at the box office. When we arrived, the venue did not have any tickets nor did they have anything listed under my name. When I called customer service, they could see that the tickets had not been released from their end-client. After talking to customer service for almost an hour, they let me know that there was nothing they could do - no replacements, etc. The tickets were a Christmas gift for my son who has autism. You can imagine how that went when we were told there were no tickets and we would miss the show. Not only was I trying to solve this with customer service but I also had to keep him calm. After talking to customer service today, I was told that they could not give me a refund until an internal investigation was done. To me, a refund should be the least of what they do to make it up to me and my son. I purchased tickets that they failed to deliver. Whatever their internal investigation turns up is between them and their ticket seller."

A complete rip-off
"This was our first venture into attending a show at the Granada. We Googled the show and came up with this vendor, not realizing it was a third party vendor. Two tickets would have cost us a total of $125 if we bought through the box office. However, we ended up paying $322 through your site. That's just outrageous and I hope the Granada pulls your services. I have put in a complaint with them."

"When I bought the tickets it showed them to be 4 rows off of main floor. When I got to the event they were 12 rows higher. Could have gotten these tickets at cheaper price."
