"I had initially given an all star rating in each category until I couldn't send the feedback. I called for assistance and was prevented from talking to a representative and instructed to send an email which was impossible under these circumstances. When I started typing this complaint the send feedback button became operative. This was not customer service when I needed it and a frustrating waste of my time and I will not use this site again."
