Fake tickets.
"Bought tickets for Hamilton in Chicago. We got there and the tickets were fake. The management of the theater said that this site is a HUGE scam. I’d advise everyone to never buy tickets from this website. Wasted over $1,000 for four tickets that were fake."

Concert Ticket Purchase
"Went online to purchase tickets, was surprised to see a $91.00 / user service fee. After fee the tickets were about the same price as other vendors except the other vendors added a free gift (i.e T-Shirts or picture with the band). The individual I worked with (Greg) over the phone was polite and handled transaction quickly. Thank you Greg!
