"Nowhere could I find your service fee BEFORE I purchased the ticket. My ticket price was listed at $39. My total now is $59.37! That's like a 30-40% service charge! I'm not happy. Now I can't return it either. I'd like you to credit my card the additional service as it was listed nowhere on your site. I also don't have the invoice number as this window popped up before I could retrieve it."
