"I think when your company sends the wrong tires and the invoice was verified that the correct tires were ordered that the customer shouldn't be the one paying for handling fees. The only way to get new shipping of correct tire was to wait for a pickup of the incorrect tires. I suggested I would just pay again for the correct tires to be shipped right away and receive credit when you picked up the incorrect tire but your Policy as she said would not allow that. Owning my own business I considered what was best to take care of my customer and payed the fee to ensure I was doing my best to serve my customer. Policies are necessary but sometimes exceptions need to be made.
It is not my business to hurt other businesses but actions speak for themselves. I think you have missed an opportunity to grow. I can only share my negative experience and let others know. One other thing a customer shouldn't have to wait over a hour for someone to answer your phone. If you're that busy you can afford to hire more customer support personnel but it appears that customer service isn't a priority in your company."
