"You processed my order in a timely order. However, FedEx delivered 1 tire on Monday but shipped the other one to CT. Then it had to be shipped back. Finally got the second tire on Thursday."

Terrible with returns
"I purchased 4 tires that had an optional insurance plan. Unfortunately the box was automatically checked to purchase the nearly $100 plan that I didn’t want. As soon as I made the purchase I emailed and asked to cancel the order. Repeatedly over the next few days I emailed and was told I’d be contacted by a rep. No contact was ever made. I finally got through to a rep on the phone. She did a great job and got me labels but now I have to drive an hr to a fedex drop off location that accepts tires. This could all have been avoided if I had been contacted as promised."

"tires were exactly what they promised. the whole experience with them right down to the installation process was what they promised "easy" and also convenient. there price for the tires i purchased were cheaper on there site than any other sale that i found, will defiantly use tire easy for all my future purchases"
