Meanwhile the structure of your questionnaire needs a bit of polishing, as does your timing in sending it out before the service has been performed. It looks to me like yet another example of the managers who **** up the lives of the real workers doing a crapper job than the workers whom they manage, and the bane of whose lives they are."
