"On the positive side, the prices for the items I ordered were very competitive, the items were in stock and the order was filled and delivered very quickly (5 calendar days from order to delivery).
On the needs improvement side, my credit card was charged before the order shipped (to me a 5 star seller does not charge until the order is shipped), the shipping options are limited and very high priced, and for one of the items I ordered a wrong item was delivered instead of what I ordered. However, on the positive side, they were very quick to re-ship the correct item and provide a pre-paid return shipping label all at no cost to me."
