"My two purchases through Tools2parts were pretty good transactions. My first purchase took several weeks before it was even sent out to ship. In my opinion this was far too long, however I do not know how much control Tools2parts have over this issue. Maybe if Tools2parts kept their inventory in stock, it wouldn't be an issue. The second purchase I made with Tools2parts was for the same product, and it shipped much faster. The customer service department was excellent and the female representative I spoke with was very empathetic, helpful, friendly, and pleasant."
