"Ordered a Milwaukee hedge trimmer for my father at Tools-Plus.com. I found them when searching by price on Google. Before buying, I had some questions about battery compatibility. I called them and got Debbie. She was super friendly and got me to someone at their company who explained the differences between batteries. Good news! My dad's older batteries would work with the new Hedge trimmer. Anyways, 2 days later after ordering I got the package in mint condition and my Dad loved the gift. Will shop at Tools Plus in future as they def felt more personal than other companies I've dealt with."

Worst Company Ever!!!
"I ordered a product from this company. I chose them because they had the item in stock and said that they would ship within 3 days. So I placed the order. 5 days went by and I get an email that says, we are shipping your order within 3 days. I thought to myself, I thought this would have shipped 2 days ago, but I get it, sometimes things happen. So I wait another week and a half, no tracking info came in. So I decided to call. Sure enough, I got the same thing that so many others have gotten as well. The item was in stock, but still had not shipped. They couldn't answer why that was. They said this kind of thing almost never happens. I told them that I would just prefer to cancel my order since it still was not shipped, but they told me once the order was placed they could not refund it without a restocking fee!?! I asked them why they would need a restocking fee when the item was still on the shelf? After spending hours on the phone beating my head into the wall I realized I wasnt going to win. Their job is to take your money as fast as they can, and then ship your item when they get around to it. It took 1 month to get an item that was in stock the entire time! I have gotten things from China faster than that! What a poor display of customer service. The terrible reviews are very accurate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!"
