Love my bag, but terrible customer service from seller.
"The bag I received is exactly as expected based on photos and description. I am very pleased with my new purse, however the overall experience was a bit frustrating. I made my purchase on 5/23. My confirmation email stated it should have shipped within 3-4 business days. On day 4 when it had not shipped I messaged the seller for an eta. No response. On 5/31 I sent another message requesting the shipping information. No response. 6/1 the bag shipped and 6/3 I received it. Overall dissatisfied with the seller’s lack of customer service and communication and would not repurchase from them in particular, but I would use Tradesy again. (It was never about having to wait, it was always about understanding where my substantially expensive purchase was in the shipping process so I could ensure I was at the location the day of delivery)"
