Wrong size bike frame!
"So I had ordered a medium wet clay karate monkey and was super stoked about the decision made. Up until I received the bike that was assembled nicely for exceptions of a little tweeking to get it rideable. But oh there's something not right..it's a **** XL frame. Now I'm not one to really **** and complain, but when you slap down $1620 on a bike, it better be all good."

"I had a problem with an order (shimano 12 speed cassette) and contacted their email support. To my surprise, they replied within a day and shipped out a replacement with a return shipping label.

"I used to purchase Superfeet shoe inserts at Sport Chalet, but that brick and mortar retail outlet went bust a couple of years ago. It was easy to order the product from Tree Fort Bikes on 9/26, the price was a match to the lowest online competitor, and the economy delivery via USPS first class (2-day Priority) mail was fast and inexpensive. The package arrived yesterday (10/1). I just ordered two more pair of Superfeet (black) inserts at Tree Fort Bikes."

"I was really impressed by TreeFortBikes.com. Their website was second to none. It actually found and matched competitor prices when I didn't even ask it to. And for the items I found better prices on that it didn't, it instantly approved the match online. They had almost everything I needed in stock, and I was even able to pick it up locally for free the following day. When I called with questions, I got a friendly, knowledgeable person. My experience was better than I could have asked for. This will be my new place to shop for bike stuff for sure."
