"Great prices and friendly service. I was able to add a few items prior to the order being shipped out. Their website is difficult to navigate; it's easier to search for what you're looking for.
Their order status is WAY behind what's actually going on - my order arrived on a Friday; I got the shipping confirmation email the following Monday.
What was weird was that I got a notification that a part was backordered even though it showed "in stock" when I placed the order. No biggie, as these things happen and it wasn't an urgently needed part. However, it came the day after my main order arrived... strange."

"I actually ordered something in October 2008 however my order was not available until just a couple of weeks ago. Despite this problem and the extreme wait, Treefort Bikes was very easy to work with. Their prices were so much lower than the competition (more than just a few dollars), I don't understand how they can do it (or why they do) and others don't. The bottom line is that I was very impressed with their service, prices, and would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely be shopping there before anywhere else."

"Felt a little disorganized. Even after the sale, I called the shop to see about replacing a broken part on one of the pieces that I bought from TFB (10 days later) and they said...get ahold of the company. I felt that there could have been some help from the shop to call their contacts at the company to expedite the replacement...or suggest a replacement. Left with a "wanting more" feeling from a LBS."

"Bought a pair of Pearl Izumi mountain bike shoes (X-Alps Seek). On my previous purchase I bought an entire Thule car rack.
Both times their prices were better than anywhere else I could find. For the shoes, I called them for some sizing guidance and they were dead on for their recommendation. For the rack, I ended up ordering the wrong size fairing and their return process was extremely easy. Now I hear they don't charge a restocking fee anymore. On both instances their S&H charges were reasonable (free in certain orders over $125) and timely. I woulds say that they are now what Supergo used to be for cyclists."

"No problems at all. It took a couple days to get my order shipped, but that was as advertised. I do my home work on pricing, and the Cane Creek Thudbuster ST seatpost was the best deal on the web. Even beating Ebay prices. I gave Treefort a call as I had a question on a seatpost, they were very helpful and friendly. Great pricing with customer service to match. I'll be back!
