Right camera for the right price
"I'm a serious photographer who needed a quality pocket camera to supplement my Nikon system. Researched and found what I needed, then found TriState. They offered the best price and quick delivery. I made one call to check on shipping and had an informed conversation with representative that not only assured me the process was working, but confirmed my that I had made the right choice of equipment. Delivery was timely. Definitely will consider TriState again."

I don't have a problem and try to switch me that they should be the one reaching out to her customers when they're a problem not the other way around."

Misrepresentation by Seller
"The lens turned out to be a gray market lens. It was represented as "brand new" on their web site. No Nikon warranty came with the product. It was not in Nikon packaging. Nikon web site said products without warranty cards are gray market products that they will not support or service. These facts were not disclosed on their web site which was misleading. I am returning it. I have initiated a dispute through my credit card company because the shipping invoice said they would only exchange, not refund. I do not care to argue with them over this or deal with a company that misrepresents what they are selling."

Excellent transaction.
"Was able to get a great lens for an excellent price. Was worried that it would be a bait and switch situation, but it was nothing of the sort. The 85mm g master was considerably cheaper than any other retailer and came in perfect condition. Just ordered a second lens from them that arrives tomorrow and won’t hesitate to purchase from them again!"
