"My IT turned me on to this company and the entire experience has been AWESOME! Ordered Late Friday, received email shortly thereafter. However, the price (best of all the legit sites with legit products and there is some illegal nonsense at prices too good to be true, be careful) and the short time to receive the email with instructions is nothing in comparison to the Customer Service that came after the fact! This is all automated so all Trusted Tech Team has to do for customer service is just advise "automated system, will receive shortly, everything needed within 1 to 2 business days" and be done! What I expected with the customer service of today. Yet they respond quickly to emails, answer all questions so that you understand exactly what is happening and then offer to help you expedite! What?? I thought this type of service died! Here is a company to prove Good Customer Service is not dead! Truthfully, price is meaningless (again, their prices were already lower than most), I would still use this company. Customer Service like this is not easy to find! Especially with online digital companies offering these types of products and services! I am not a review writer. I don't do social media, but I think it is important, probably more important than writing negative reviews about companies to warn people; is to make sure that when you run into a company like Trusted Tech Team, that they are acknowledged! Companies like this are the ones we need to make sure stay around! So, don't be surprised to see this review on many sites! Spreading the word about the good!!"
