"Had a ton of questions before purchasing. They answered them all in a timely manner and never seemed othered by all the questions. Never pushy to sell and wanted to make sure I was getting what i wanted, even recommended other options incase I hadnt planned it all out. Just ordered it but so fat very impressed"

Excellent Customer Service

"I have to admit that I did give a negative review where I felt promises were not kept about my tent shipment. Customer service reached out to me to address these concerns. They were able to explain to me that the freight forwarders did not come to their warehouse for pick-up. As a customer, this is frustrating, especially when you spent over $2500. Tuff Stuff said that they will be calling me to provide status updates if the freight forwarder cancel on them or if the product has been picked up. I do appreciate the time and commitment they have to their customers, even when we are frustrated and angry. I was glad that we were able to talk through this situation, to see where the miscommunication was, and to clarify what was said/promised."

Alpha Tent, Alpha Annex & 51" Bedr

"Alpha Tent: Likes: very roomy tent, well constructed, easy to install, surprisingly soft sleeping pad. Dislikes: a 6" overhang off the back of my 2017 Tacoma. 51" Bed Rack: Likes: super easy installation, open design to see what's in the truck bed. Dislikes: No easy way to hang jacks, recovery tracks, or accessories. Annex: Haven't used it yet. One last gripe: the tent arrived first. The annex tent arrived 2 days after that, the bed rack arrived 3 days after the tent. All this funky shipping meant that we missed the overland expo in Flagstaff AZ due to no tent to camp in. Went to Vegas instead."

Hinge Door while you explore

"Love my new elite tent. One thing I wish I knew about was the telescoping ladder which, should be standard as the stock ones do fell flimsy. What would be awesome is if the door to the annex room was on hinge so you can go in and out without constantly unzipping"

Great Product and Service

"We ordered our Alpha hard top tent and were pleasantly surprised that it was delivered on time considering how most products are delayed during COVID times! It’s just as described in the ads and online. We ordered the condensation mat and it was the wrong size. When I called Chris in customer service,he pleasantly took care of exchanging it for the proper sized mat. We are excited to start using our Alpha hard top tent!"
