"After you place the order, even if you want to cancel the order within 2 hours of order, they won't refund it. What a joke - its impossible to custom build a part within a two hour period and have it on a truck already. Yet, the shipping company has no record of a label being made yet or shipped. (a day later) What a joke. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY TO THIS SHOP. -Emailed at 3:30pm (2 hours after order) - Also, If they are so fast - why cant they quick email a tracking number??? The owner should put on the item listing there is no canceling/returning the item after inputting the order. The guy is a joke on social media too. Posted the same review, and he thinks its funny before removing his emote. Learn from us, and stay clear of this company and owner. Maybe their products are good, but their service is awful. I have complete doubt in this guy standing behind his product, when he can't even stand behind a refund when a product wasn't even made yet.

Edit: the guy refunded the money after posting reviews and communication. Changing the stars to 4 due to this."

"I was looking for a new sway bar and turbotechracing.com had the lowest price. I couldn't find any reviews on reseller but did find some on a couple car forums where they participated and got good remarks. Before I placed the order I used their contact me page to send them a message to make sure it was in stock. They never responded to my question and removed the item from their web page . At least now I know they don't use a live inventory web page and do not plan to attempt to place any future orders with them"
