"First time using Twisted Throttle (TT).
I ordered an item that was out of stock before I was set to head out on a big trip. When I emailed them about it I got a prompt response saying they would try and get it to me before my trip.
A few days later I got another email saying they expected the part to arrive in their Ontario warehouse and would make sure it was expedited to me in BC so I could have it before I left.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Above and beyond. I will be using Twisted Throttle again and again."

GREAT SERVICE
"The service from Twisted Throttle could not be better, however the Rox Risers could use some improvement. If you want to just go straight up with your bars they will work ok however if you also want to slope them back you have no way of tightening the bottom bolts, also you are severly limited as to how far you can tilt them."

"Thought had a problem at first with the insulation and thought maybe the part was not the right part. Call Twisted Throttle got a quick response and they we're willing to stand behind everything 100% for me, even returning a full refund. It wasn't the product, it was me not installing it properly. The whole message here is that they were willing to stand behind what they sold me 100%. Got a real person that speaks English and that is worth so much.
