"You were the only ones in North America That had my exact size and style or Mitas EO-7 in stock. I had it in my hands asap and within a week of ordering was on my 3000km adventure through Alberta, Montana and British Columbia. I called your helpline and made the guy check the tires to make sure they were the right tread pattern as the bike shops around here don't know the difference. I outfitted my old klr through you and am doing the same with my new to me BMW! Like I said you guys are awesome! I should also add reliable, fast and knowledgeable. You've earned my trust and also my buisiness, Great job!"

they did what they said they would do, but..
"they did what was suppose to be done but, their communications stink!!!!!! i had to message every time i wanted to know about my order. one item was back ordered and they didn't tell when it shipped or anything else, until i asked. i was not impressed with that. everything else was good"

Great support!
"I purchased a Powerlet adapter (European to SAE) for my F650GS and the part arrived damaged. A BMW tech worked with me and we taped the adapter but the performance was inconsistent. Because the company had gone out of business, I thought that I was out of luck on this one. I sent TT a photo of the adapter and they replaced it immediately. The new adapter works perfectly. Great service and support!!"
