It’s ok...
"As a while the sale was ok. I didn’t appreciate that when I made the purchase, the system indicated that the goods were in stock and once completed, it was back ordered. Gave it 3 stars because it wasn’t that long a wait but I wasn’t impressed with customer service once I complained."

We have recently changed our ordering system and are working to set up a new backorder notification system for our customers for the initial stockout with ETA, then follow up messages with updates thereafter. We understand it is important to have this information and will be making changes to this system as well as the online order status lookup in your My Account page in the near future. Additionally, changes to our supply chain and forecasting have also been made in the past two months to make sure we have more of commonly ordered items available for customers.
