Sent a light with missing parts
"Ordered Denali lights one of the pods was missing the mounting bracket. Called and they did not send me a new one said they had to wait for the return to arrive almost two weeks now I can't ride my bike waiting for the part to arrive???"

Awesome, personal customer service help!
"Keith helped me out with my purchases multiple times. I was unsure about a few items and he took the time to talk with me about what would work for my bike. He shared his personal experiences with these items and we chose the best fit for me. He never once rushed me off the phone and made sure I knew everything I needed for installation also. Can't ask for much else!"

2 months to get a part
"I'm disappointed that it has taken close to two months to receive the item I ordered. Initially I was told it would take more than two weeks, but I didn't expect two months. I understand this is a problem with the supplier, not Twisted Throttle per se, but still my experience buying from TT was affected. I ordered the item Oct. 8th and it's now Nov. 22 and it hasn't shipped yet. Frustrating, especially at the end of the season."

1 bad customer service agent
"Item was backordered and that’s fine but there was no communication on when it would ship. Sitting on my couch when I get an email from fedex saying package was delivered. Open door no package call customer service at Twisted and guy really doesn’t want to do anything on his end so he tells me to call my bank and refute the charges. Doesn’t seem right my bank eat that cost. I called fed ex a week ago and still waiting on results of investigation. Bummed all around!"
