"I was hunting a Cobra Power Pro which are going for about $500 or more for my 109r. I had been looking for one with a nice discount code as the magic google only gave me two places that were selling it for less than $450 which was Cycleplicity and Two Cycle Guys. As both were nearly 100 or better then most sellers i was hesitant and skeptical (too good to be true). Well today i received my power pro and it looks like it's on the up and up. I plan to install it tomorrow, and will give feedback after i hook it up. Now here's the other kicker. I placed my order yesterday and got it today. I paid for regular shipping and it still go here yesterday. I do know that they are located in a town about 1.5 hours from me, but the fact that they actually packaged it and shipped it in such quick time is a big win. If any of you are looking for a new power pro then i suggest them. Supposedly it's only sale, but it's been the same price for about a month."

"Ordering process was easy, customer support was good. Orders a Kuryakyn part one day, received new in box part two days later. Only gripe is, I got this survey today (7days later) like it said, but also received tracking info today also. Need to work with shipper to deliver tracking info day of order, not a week after delivery.
I recommend TwoCycleGuys to others.

"I placed an order, and after it not shipping out for a week, I decided to cancel said order. About 20 hours later after I told them I would like it cancelled, I received notification that my order shipped. I have received no response to my request. It would seem that they had the parts and were sitting on them for a week until my cancellation request was put in, and at which time I ordered parts from a different vendor, before they actually shipped them out. So, given the choice between finally shipping them or having an order cancelled, which was requested, they chose to ship the parts.
UPDATE: I had received an e-mail and a phone call asking for me to call them so they could explain what happened that led to this situation, and what their resolution was for everything. After hearing the issues, and what caused them, which I felt was sincere, I would do business with them again without any hesitation."
