Cheap Letterhead Paper Jams Up My Printer
"I placed a large order from Uprinting and the letterhead I ordered would jam up my Brother MFC printer every time. The cheap paper was curling up after going through the laser printer.
Their customer service was useless. They offered my a 20% discount on my next order. Never again!"

Great Work!
"Have had great experiences with the work done on the yard signs I've had UPrinting do for me. At times it takes me a while to finish exactly what I wished placed on the sign but the patience provided by UPrinting when I get stalled with the design helps me get what I want printed at at a leisure pace.
Will continue to have more signs done as long as ideas keep popping up in my head/mind!!!"

"My labels were perfect except for one important step. I contacted them quickly and they had a fast procedure to process a change. They responded in the time necessary to evaluate and I received my corrected labels in great time!

Not the Same
"I love Uprinting and have ordered labels, among other projects in the past and was very satisfied, this time however I was not. The labels just did not have the same level of quality."

"A simple poster, they entered 4 lbs while actually 1.4 lbs. So paid $35+ for this ridiculous shipping cost. Post was ok."

Horrible Experience
"I paid for a large poster print. They send me a proof and the proof I got and what they printed were two different things. The quality was very low. They basically said tough and would not resolve the issue and this is in-spite of being of ordering from them nearly a dozen time. They treat their customers like garbage."

"Save yourself the time the money the headache the effort the energy. The quality is beyond subpar. The products that I received as far as the wall decal beyond ridiculous the product that I received for the clothing beyond cheap non-representative of a professional image see-through poor quality material. And to make it worse I asked for a refund they blatantly told me no. So that's fine I have a right to voice my opinion here and have a right to vote with my dollars elsewhere. They have a right to run their company as they need to. I got this request to post my review so this is my post. Poor quality see-through material order number here:10053902. I spoke with Erica who also she asked her manager. I was told by two No!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. ME ON YOUR FEET WILL NEVER MAKE BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY.
In response to a mess-up, horrible, terrible and badly done BANNER, the representative refuses to provide a fair solution SUCH A replacement. There was NO REVIEW at all of the uploaded artwork by the UPRINTING printing department. The final work I received is useless and a complete waste of money from my side.
It is unfortunate that I cannot rate the them and their customer service as a 0 (zero) out of 5."

Liars!
"After paying for expedited shipping and one day printing the company decides to send my order 4 days late. Refuses to give a refund and classes me a extreme amount of time on a live chat in which every couple of moments they say that I'm being inactive therefore they're logging out. Greatly inconvenience my business and my staff, I asked that they FedEx and verified that an order of this size for two day shipping would cost roughly $50, you've decided to charge four times that. And cause me and my company and extreme inconvenience by lying and being deceitful. All of these items will be posted on every opportunity I have to review your business in every applicable way including the better Business bureau, trustpilot, Google reviews and wherever else I can find"

Stay away from UPrinting
"I would give 0 star if possible! I spent over $150 for just 100 stickers just for their one day service and it turned out that they couldn't fulfill the order within one day. The only reason I ordered from them is the one day service. I contacted their customer support and I was told:"However, the order was placed on the website and we weren't able to advise you since there is no agent interaction or no one contacted us to check the order status. " This means the one day service is just a joke. You have to call in to check on the order status. And I don't know even if I did check the status and the shipment is still late, what other excuse they are going to use!"

Excellent quality, great customer service and fast shipping
"I can't say enough good things about their business. The customer service was very kind and accommodating. They ensured that the shipping would be fast and it came even sooner than expected. I both did a pickup option and shipped. I have placed serval orders using their service. The quality of the stickers is amazing and I'm very happy that I chose UPrinting to do the job. I wish I had read reviews before ordering
"I got the worst image ever on my backdrop this company is trash please do not order here. All they will offer me is a 20% discount on services I would NEVER use again. Their customer service is so poor and the website does not show proofs properly at all."

Impossible to get ahold of
"They're incredibly unprofessional. Their "low" prices are because they default at half of a job. I haven't ever met a print company to only print ONE side of a TRIFOLD brochure. Their customer service has been giving me the runaround."
