Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I received my product, Jabra Ear pieces (3). I opened immediately and they were all broken. These had to be resells as they were not new. The ear pieces that go around your ear were all snapped in half. No way they could work. No way they would have been damaged via shipping, you have to snap them in half. They were sent out this way. Tried calling customer service to send back get voice mail. Called Walmart which is the website they linked on and they are backing it. I called credit card company and disputed. This had to be a scam on getting rid of bad parts sitting in their warehouse."
Received the wrong size case...no response from seller
