"I tried another unlock provide who couldn't calculate a code (Samsung A21 in Simple Mobile), so they refunded my order.
UNLOCKBASE sent me the code in about a day. The only "gotcha" was that the phone wouldn't prompt me to enter the code. I emailed them and they responded quickly for me to dial #TFUNLOCK# to trigger the Unlock Code menu.
