"First, I was sceptic of using unlockbase to unlock my device. However, I must say that I was wrong, their service is the quickest and fastest one on the web, they're also the cheapest. "I'd been struggling for weeks trying to unlock my phone with Vodafone. The codes they gave me didn't work. I was getting bounced between departments and high street stores - each of them telling me I needed to speak to the other an collectively being totally useless.
I contacted unlockbase and was issued a set of codes within 12 hours. My initial unlock attempt using these did not work so I contacted support by email. They responded in less than 15 minutes with further advice that allowed me to sucessfully unlock the phone.

"I Had a great experience with unlockbase.com, my unlock code was provided within turn around time, communicating with their customer service which by the way is indeed 24/7 is really cool, they answered every single question I asked and were very detailed giving instructions. They were able to unlock my LG V20 from T-Mobile which is really difficult and some other vendors don't even offer that service, the price was reasonable and even offered me a discount. I am super happy with their service and will order again if I had to. Something I found really cool is the way the protect their customer privacy, I had to provide copy of my ID to proof I was no scamming or anything and if I didn't agree to the terms politely offered to cancel. I liked their tracking system and the count down timer they have which by the way is business days, stops on sat and sun day, then resumes on Monday at 12 am. I highly recommend this company."
