I recently ordered a custom suit from UPUNIQUE and enjoyed the highest level of customer service I've experienced from any retail outlet. Not only were they prompt and attentive to my needs, they also were able to accommodate my special requests that were not a part of their online customization process.
My suit arrived and was flawless. It truly fit right out of the box and was ready to wear. I now enjoy a razor sharp tailored look with beautiful custom touches typically reserved for 5k - 10k suits.
The price is unbeatable. The quality is unrivaled. Even if you typically shell out the 5k to 10k on a suit, I'd recommend UPUNQIUE to receive the same excellent quality and look."

"I received my suit today from Upunique. WOW!!!! The material and construction is fantastic.
Upunique was professional and courteous throughout the entire order and delivery process. They even found several areas where I messed up in measuring myself. I was able to send them several pictures of my upper body which aided them in making the suit fit perfect.
I did run into a problem in that there is a Chinese holiday which was going to prevent my suit from shipping on time. Somehow, they made it work, and I got the suite EARLY and just in time for my business presentation.
I cant thank Upunique enough for their fantastic product, excellent service, and them going above and beyond in all aspects.
I will be ordering more suits from them soon!

Because it was the first purchase I had many questions, the customer service staff was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I received my finished suit within a few weeks. The fit and finish were excellent. The finished suit was exactly like the swatch of fabric I had selected. The fact that they supplied me with swatches of material before I purchased was extremely helpful in deciding which material I wanted the suit constructed from. The option of choosing material by season, weight and content was extremely helpful.
The excellent customer service, the perfect fit and finish and the price point in relation to quality has made me a customer for life."
