"I ordered some long-cuffed, all-leather gardening gloves (rose gloves). They were on back order so I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive. They finally came this last weekend and while they are really gorgeous, beautiful leather gloves for a reasonable price, the fingers are too tight for my fingers. I wear a medium in every other glove but these are just too snug for me to bend my fingers on one hand and I can't pull the other glove all the way on. I'm really disappointed but they're so nice I don't want to send them back. Think I'll see if my mom or daughter can use them."

"Terrible service! It was our company's first time ordering with them and needed an item quickly. I had to repetitively call to get someone to take our credit card information; I sent purchase orders via email to two separate employees. Neither of them responded or called for processing and payment. When I finally convinced someone to take the money and get the order moving, we were promised delivery by Friday (this being Monday) and naturally, 2 weeks later the order still has not been received; We would have never known had we not called; they still will not provide a tracking number. TERRIBLE customer service."

"This company was not listed at resellerratings when I went to check it out before I ordered from them but it looked like a good company. I thought it deserved a good review after I ordered a led flashlight from them and the order went like it should. After ordering, I recieved an order confirmation email from ****@**** and then another from ****@**** when the order shipped. They had the best price on my item, Hard Case Professional 4D LED Lantern, and I would have no hesitation to order from them again."
