"I'm starting a manufacturing company and have a new account with these websites: arrow.com and verical.com. Well, I tried buying parts for my very first SO. I placed an order for more than a couple of thousand $. I paid with a credit card, the bank approved the transaction and this company placed the order on hold. I called to resolve the issue and their only answer once and again was that the order was not approved. I insisted the bank approved the transaction and the money was on hold in my bank account, but they did not do anything to try to release the hold they placed on the order. I tried with a different credit card as they suggested and happened exactly the same thing.
This happened with other websites and after a phone call with their financial department they released the order and the parts were shipped that same day. At this time 4 days after, bot credit cards still have close to 3k$ on hold waiting for these websites to move on the purchase order.
At this time my SO has been delayed for at least 10 days due to the incapability of arrow.com and verical.com to help solve the issue. Do not buy from these sites. I actually ended up buying those parts at other places for less money."
