"Every time I order contacts through visionpros, mysteriously and miraculously an extra box of contacts ends up in my cart right before I check out. Good thing I look over what I'm actually about to purchase or who knows, I might be getting charged for something I didn't want. It took me at least 20 minutes to order 2 boxes of contacts because of "internal error" during the very last step of checking out which directed me all the way back to the sign in page so I could start my order completely over (or maybe I just got charged twice). Still, more convenient than having to drive to a doctor's office."

"You advertised free shipping for anything over $49 but when I got to the checkout cart get charged me $13.95. That was frustrating and I had no option to contest except to abandon cart. But I was pressed for time and decided I would do an overnight shipment to at least get some value from my frustration. I may never use you again but at least you got any at the moment."

Ok,it's catchy.
"Too early to tell, we're new customer. Will review when get lenses.
Used to go to Lowest Price Contacts but now they make it very difficult to order. They asked me what they could do better, we told them and never heard back from them over a year later."
