Won't shop elsewhere
"I've been trusting VisionPros to help me skirt the need for a new Rx for over 6 years now. I last had my eyes checked 10 years ago, but (at that time) my Rx hadn't changed in a decade. I don't need to spot Neil Armstrong's foot prints on the moon. I just need to drive and read. Shouldn't have to go back to the Doc every time. Visionpros lets me shop from home."

Hard to figure out uploading perscription
"I tried to "Chat" no agent ever answered my request to chat. I tried to find the answer in "FAQ" under "prescriptions". No info on How to upload new prescription. Very frustrating. I now assume I will be contacted at some point regarding prescription, will see."
