Going out on a limb
"I am purchasing a projector against my better judgement. They have a price match policy that they won't price match. Bestbuy has the same project I wanted to purchase for $50 less. They told me that I should not declare my state taxes as Bestbuy would take them out at the point of sale. I really just don't want to give the big box store my money, but they are making it very hard. Why have a price match guarantee that you will not honor?"

Great service, but website pics need update
"The service was excellent, but the website picture of the replacement lamp I needed was not the same as what I removed from my projector so I had reservations about paying $229.00 for it if it was not correct. Fortunately a salesman assured me that the picture was incorrect and so I ordered the lamp and was very happy. Thank you"

"My only complaint would be how they ship the free hdmi cord separately from the projector, the projector comes from Amazon in about 2 days, the hdmi comes from Washington about a week later...still waiting on mine actually. So if your wanting to use it right away, buy an hdmi cord. Besides that so far so good."

OMG! Visual Apex is AWESOME!
"Super fast shipping. Excellent highly knowledgeable customer service. I purchased a 100 inch fixed frame. The packaging was bullet proof it was done so well with "double" boxing. I watched the quick 4+ minute video multiple times as I assembled my frame and screen. The final result (after about 90 mins of total time since I am an OCD perfectionist) was an absolute Pro Grade finished fixed frame screen. The velvet wrapped frame is simply gorgeos and website pictures cannot do it justice. I know for a fact many people spend over $1500+ on screens of this quality. If you love doing things for yourself and you have truly demanding standards, then this is a no brainer: Visual Apex is without equal. Save yourself the stress and anxiety of paying mucho $$$ from another retailer, Visual Apex is simply one of the best online shopping experiences you will have. 5 Stars ***** all the way. And the price for my VAPEX screen is almost not believable: I paid $206.00 delivered to my doorstep for a screen that cost up to $2k elsewhere!!!"

"There was a little bit of a delay in getting the projector and mount, but I can't complain about the great deal I got. I called customer service and they were able to address the delay issue on the projector because of the manufacturer. I would recommend them to others"
