No Dark Mode
"Overall the app is ok, it has continuous scroll and loads quickly. There is no dark mode and this is a major issue for me as it means I sometimes wake up my partner or young kids if I'm reading on the laptop and it's so bright (even with the brightness of the screen turned down) because 90% of the page is bright white."

Use to be great, until that recent update - now it is awful
"I had Vital Source as 5 stars, I use to love it. However, a major update that happened some weeks back has drastically reduce the quality. The Bookshelf app crashes all the time, deleting and reuploading helps for a day before it starts crashing again-I've tried on Apple devices and windows with similar results. Accessing bookshelf in a web-browser stops the crashing, but search, highlighting, and bookmarking kick me to random pages in the book or completely close the book I was in. One of the things I loved most about VS was how well the search capabilities were, since the update the search capabilities have significantly declines. FIX THE BUGS SINCE THE UPDATE PLEASE!"
