"I needed a replacement band for my Tag Heuer and was a little nervous about going outside the OEM for the piece, as it is a somewhat expensive item. I received my watch on January 11. It came with two scars. I called to report, the last customer service rep that I spoke to treated me as if I had done something wrong. I emailed pictures of the damage. You company received the email but not the pictures. No one called or responded to say something was wrong with the email. She quickly apologized for it as in to brush me off. Then asked me why I was calling days after receipt. At this point I am frustrated. I have thirty days to return. She started to treat me as if I scratched the watch.
She and another rep from a different day, mentioned that your company photograph your watches after you receive them, before you ship to customers. I asked both reps to pull the pictures and they would see the scratches on the watch. The latter rep pulled the pictures. After her research she appeared frustrated, stated that the watch would also be looked over for any other issues. When I asked her if she had saw the damage in your photos she tried to escape the question.
I feel, violated and taken advantage of. I waited for you to receive the watch to send to me only to be treated with disrespect. I admit I wasn't a happy customer on the phone and I apologize for that but that doesn't need negate the fact that I am the customer giving you my business. I should be treated with respect. I need to rectify this issue and I need help before taking this further.
