Scam. BUYER BEWARE.
"Placed my order the weekend of Thanksgiving. It took them three weeks to ship my order. Then, when I do receive my order, I realize that the serial number on the watch and certificate (which was shipped separately) do not match up. In fact, the certificate appeared to be fake. I immediately contacted them. They stated that they somehow mixed my actual certificate with someone else's certificate and promised to ship me the correct one immediately. I am not sure how it was possible for them to mix up the certificates if the watch is authentic? I contacted them today to follow-up on the alleged certificate they promised to ship and got another excuse that Fedex forgot to grab my package (a small envelope). They promised it would go out today. Guess what. It did not. It has now been a month and I still have not received my complete order. I doubt I will receive it by the end of the year."

Excellent price but little problem with shipping
"I was a bit scared by some of the bad reviews I read but I still took the risk because of their unbeatable price (Zenith Elite Ultra Thin).
As for shipping, there was some problem with UPS; it seemed like some information was missing, so the delivery was delayed. After I paid for taxes and duty, I contacted Watchmaxx about the issue and they were quick to contact UPS.
I believe I got the watch in less than 2 weeks (Canada).
Would buy again!"

"I ordered a watch and the seal was broken causing condensation (this is a waterproof watch) they said they fixed it. Got it back and its still not repaired. I have sent numerous emails, called several times only to be disconnected or sent to voice mail. am no reporting them to business bureau as I have a $1,000 watch I cant use"

Buying a watch from watchmaxx was a total nightmare!!! Buyer Beware
"I ordered a Cartier watch from watchmaxx and they box was dented and did not come with all the paperwork. It looked as if this was a refurbished watch. I noticed the watch did not hold time properly. When I called for a refund I encountered aggressive attitude. I was fearful I would not receive my oney back since I was getting the run around so I had have my lawyer get involved and send a letter to ensure I received my refund. I was very dissatisfied with my buying experience and would never buy from watchmaxx again."
