Two days later I got an e-mail saying that the order was cancelled. NO explanation. If you don't carry a product, don't allow a customer to order it."

"I received my order of contacts on Oct. 7, 2013, instead of 3 boxes of contacts (which was listed on the invoice) I only received 2 boxes and 1 box was the wrong prescription. I have called 3 times and been put on hold for at least 1 hour, I have emailed, chatted, and voice mailed without any response. I have called the governing company of JGM Group inc listed on the bottom of my invoice 1-***-***-**** and no one answers. What happen to this company, I have been ordering from them for a long time and everything was OK, what gives now."

"It's been almost two weeks and still have not received my order I've sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls cannot not get anyone to answer left messages still no answer I've received one email since order confirmation saying my order was shipped and would be here by the end of the week that has not happened I'm giving it a couple more days then I'm filing a complaint for my money back from mypay"

"Extremely dissatisfied customer. I wish I would've read all these reviews prior to ordering. I had the same experience as mentioned in these reviews. I was able to place the order. At no point, did they say the lenses were on back order until 3 days later. I've been trying to get ahold of them and they don't answer. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my lenses. I sent them an email asking them to cancel my order, they advised they couldn't because the lenses were shipped. I went back on the email and asked when were they shipped and when can I expect to receive them. They never answered the when the lenses were shipped question, but said I should expect them next week. I'm in the damn US not overseas. Us mail takes 2 to 3 days not a whole week. Basically they won't let me cancel my order."

"Extremely poor customer service.
I was notified that my order was on back order. I tried calling customer service to find out how long. After waiting 1/2 hour with no answer, I gave up. I tried to ask via email and only received a general answer. When I asked for a more specific answer/date to know whether to keep or cancel the order, no one responded. It took the order nearly a month to arrive."
