"awesome shop. only wished we were closer to WBW because shipping takes forever! but thats not your fault! WBW has an interesting inventory and carry a lot of brands and products that other stores dont carry. the only complaints i might have is that you dont usually carry the common inventory as much as the uncommon inventory. Also would like to see more triathlon equipment. obviously you're a cycling shop but usually i end up shopping at other retailers for my tri gear.
Anyways, thanks for the awesome job. youve got a future customer in me as long as you keep up what youve been doing."

"Phone support is excellent.
Your product listings for each category could be larger. Don't know if you only offer what is in stock.... if you offer on your website the full line with a note - not currently in inventory, with a date of availability- you could get more people to stay on the site. The idea being a one stop shop... I have found your prices to be very competive and have gone elsewhere when an item is not listed. If you are an authorized retailer for a reduction line, why not offer the entire line of products for that supplier and drop ship if your do not want to maintain in inventory.
If you want to appeal to the -new to biking- individual you mite want to break down your item presentation by category I.e., road, mtb, etc.
I save 8% in sales tax, plus your discounts. I rearly buy at the lbs.
A satisfied customer will always return to the store.....that's why I return to your site.....
