Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Bought a Nikon D70 from Wolf. Web site said the camera was backordered and told 15 days to receive. Received the usual "Please call to confirm your order" e-mail. Called and all went well. Salesman started to talk about the need for compact flash cards, but didn't push when I told him I already had several Microdrives. Ten days after putting in the order, received an e-mail saying the package had shipped and received it 3 day later.
The process could not have been better."

"I am happy to be the first to rate this store. However, since I couldn't get through the checkout process, I don't have a lot of information.
I thought that ordering from a site that charged the higest prices would guarantee good service and prompt delivery.
I got to the point of entering my credit card information and then received a page that the information was incorrect and to check the cc number and zipcode. Which I did and they were entered correctly. I tried three credit cards with the same result.
I ended up finding another store with an excellent rating here that turned out to be cheaper."
