"These are really great cups, value for money and arrive very quickly, however the only problem I’ve had is the customer service follow up has not been at all good. I had some missing items and a few damaged cups, I initially sent an email highlighting my concerns/problem and then two follow up emails, I have still not had any response which I sent on 31.5.24."
