"On Oct 7th I purchased two packages, one for $269.97 and one for $199.99. I was sent incorrect items in both packages. The sales person I bought them from told me to call Customer Support.I was told,and did return the incorrect items to Rockaway, NJ, and requested the correct items thru Customer Support. Customer Support told me to that the Sales person would call me. He never did. Over a weeks period I spoke with two Customer Support individuals and received NO support, until I received multiple emails from Dannett Cage. She has been one of the Best, if not "the BEST" customer support person I have ever worked with. Only because of her efforts will I continue to do business with X10. She definitely deserves special recognition and an increase in salery. X10 is thought more highly of as a result of people like Dannett Cage. Again, I can't thank Dannett Cage enough for her efforts in helping me out!"

"I ordered a JVC surround receiver from x10 on 7/16/05 and received it a few days later. The day after I hooked it up it burned out. I remembered the 30 day refund x10 prominently displays on their web site and decided to use it. It took a week to get a reply to my email and a month to get a RA number. I promptly returned the item, with a delivery confirmation, but they still have not issued a refund and are not responding to my emails again. Now I'm wondering if I'll ever get my money back. Don't gamble your money on these people, go elsewhere. I sure wish I had."

"After purchasing my 5 camera monitoring kit w/ time-lapse VCR, I noticed that there was a problem getting my VCR Commander to remotely activate my VCR. I contacted Tammra at Customer Service about my issue. After determining that it was probably a faulty IR emitter cable, she immediately processed my order for a replacement. I am very pleased with Tammra's quick and courteous service. Their technical service was very patient and helpful too. When I contacted them several times during installation and programming, they walked me through the programming steps. On a couple of calls, I was put on hold for a few minutes, but several went through right away."

"We enjoyed using X10 Powerhouse controls, purchased at Home Depot, at our last home to control lights in the yard and a Koi pond. Since I have been using equipment ordered thru X10.com I have has nothing but problems with the equipment, AHP and various modules. I hope we can get the bugs straightened out."

"I called 2 times today to check on my order since I usually receive it in a few days and it hadn't shown up yet. I talked to Alvin the first time and Tammra the second and both times was a very pleasant experience. All of the people at X-10 who I have ever talked to are very accomodating.

Since writing response I have needed tech support. I have been hung up on 3 times and sent 2 e-mails to your joke of a priority tech support team. No response. I think it is very insulting to have a voice message that technically says "We don't want to talk to you now so send us an e-mail to ignore" That is the most insulting voice message I have ever heard. I believe whoever had that idea was a complete IDIOT!!! I believe whoever is in charge of your company and allowed that message is even more moronic!! I thank God he has other people to carry him through his day. I believe he is probably so stupid he can't even go to the bathroom by himself. In fact I believe he probably doesn't even know what a bathroom is. I can't beleive that God put such a stupid piece of meat on this earth. I'll bet he can't even walk upright. I believe I have rocks in my yard that have more intelligence than to have a voice message like the one your so called company has. Look up stupid and inconsiderate in the dictionary and I believe it says synon:x10. I will never do business with your company again!!!"

"This Company is not worth doing business with. I ordered a $300 Headphones Before placing order I called customer service to confirm return procedures because I was unsure if product was compatible with my system. I was assured that returning an item is an easy process. I received product & wanted to return it. X10 advises me that there is a new division X10 Marketplace & switches me to them. There is no live person just voicemail instructions. I fill out form on website for return & 2 days later ther is no reply with RMA instructions. I call back Customer service who advises me that they can not assist & that normally it takes 48 hours for RMA instructions to be emailed. I am now sitting with $300.00 headphones with no place to return it to.This is ridiculous!"
