"This company does not respond to Email requests. This order has been "processing" and has not shipped yet--according to their terms ALL orders ship within days. Not only do they not respond to Email requests but they do not honor their own shipping terms."

"Cartridge came promptly. Price was good. Works fine. Was NOT made by OEM, but an off brand, and this was not very clear on the website.
THEY ARE NOW SENDING SEVERAL SPAM E-MAILs PER WEEK WITH SPECIAL OFFERS. This is absurd. I am a home user. I won't need another cartridge for a year. I couldn't possibly make use of any special offres for months, and then ONLY on the exact cartridge that I use.
I have called to tell them to stop their spam with no effect. For this reason, for the same price, I would shop elsewhere. I do not like them."

"Found from google.com under ads. I like that store as the time of shipping show very fair, since it's free shipping. I received only 4 days after I ordered. It offer point, for example, I buy $100 worth and I earn 10 point which equal $1 off. I t would be great advantage for business when we order more and more and get better discount. The handle is excellent with care."
