"I would avoid this vendor totally. They appear to be a fly by night web site. Not only was there no indication that they don't apparently have stock on hand, but when I called to inquire, the person on the phone was outrageously snotty. The history of the purchase: I waited 10 days after placing an order, for it to arrive. When nothing did arrive, I telephoned. I was told that the item was "on special order". When I inquired why I had not been made aware the item was backordered and would be delayed ANOTHER 15 days in at least, I received the excuse "We've never actually sold one of those before." I expressed my disappointment that I had not been advised earlier. He asked if I was "in a hurry". I said that perhaps I had "become spoiled" by vendors that actually TOLD YOU when they didn't have stock on hand, but that I expected to be notified when there was a delay in shipping an order. I then said "Thank you" and hung up. A moment later the merchant called me back to tell me that "he wasn't done talking" and that I was "SPOILED". I would avoid this "firm" unless of course you like rude people making excuses for terrible service."
