"Placed an order recently, and was very pleased with both the price, and fast turnaround time on my order.
I discovered after a few days that one of the watches I purchased had a manufacturing issue, and customer service has been excellent in handling it - rather than directing me to use the manufacturers warranty process (which other dealers have done to me in the past), they offered to take it back at their expense and handle the resolution. Additionaly, as the watch is intended as a gift for someone, they are doing so with an almost instant turnaround time.
Going through the mfg warranty would have resulted in a > 1 month turnaround, and 20$ + shipping charge to me, so I consider this superb service. A+"
